In short. No ads, no selling of data, no statistics without your consent. We process what is needed to save your game online and, if you buy something, deliver it. You can delete everything from within the game.
1. On your phone
Your game (herd, items, progress, settings) is stored in the app's private storage. The game also keeps your account's session token there and, if you choose one, your language. Reminders ("your egg is ready") are local notifications computed on the phone: nothing is sent to produce them. You can turn them off in Settings › Reminders.

Without your consent to statistics, no statistical data is collected or sent. Declining changes nothing in the game.
3. Our service providers
- Unity Technologies — Unity Gaming Services: player account (Authentication), online save (Cloud Save), statistics (Analytics, if you agree), purchase module (In-App Purchasing). Unity acts on our behalf. Unity privacy policy.
- Google — Google Play (installation, payments, refunds) and Google Play Games (sign-in). For these services, Google acts as a separate controller. Google privacy policy.
To work, Unity's purchase module sends Unity technical device and user identifiers, purchase history, diagnostics, and ephemerally an approximate location (for the currency) and, where applicable, an email address.
These providers may process data in the United States. Transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Data is encrypted in transit.
We do not sell, rent or share your data for advertising. The game contains no ads and no targeting tools.
4. Deleting your account
In the game: Menu › Settings › Delete my account. Your account, online save and the game on the phone are deleted immediately. Without access to the game: deletion request, handled within 30 days. Purchase data kept by Google is covered by its policy; accounting records are kept for the period required by law.
5. Your rights
You can access, correct or erase your data, ask for restriction or portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw your consent to statistics at any time (Settings). Email feudartifistv+platypus@gmail.com with your player ID (Settings › Account). We answer within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL: cnil.fr).
6. Age
The game is intended for people aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect children's data; if you believe a child has sent us some, write to us and we will delete it.
7. Changes
We will update this page if our processing changes, and tell you in the game about any significant change. The date at the top is authoritative.
